We only book a limited number of Wedding Cakes each season to ensure your cake receives the full attention to detail it deserves. We also professionally handle the delivery and set up of your cake at reception centres within the Orillia area. We realize you've got a tremendous amount of things on your mind so let us worry about the wedding cake. |

Choosing Your Cake Design |

We invite you to call us and arrange a free consultation with a member of our cake decorating team to assist you in selecting the right pattern for your special day. You may decide to choose your cake design from dozens of cake patterns pictured in our Wedding Cake Album. Alternatively, our decorators will be happy to discuss incorporating any pictures or cake style ideas you may have collected in your wedding planning research. We feel it's very helpful to see actual cakes too, so we invite you to view the numerous wedding cake patterns on display at the Mariposa Market. |

How Many Tiers? |
|
Our wedding cakes are available in a range of sizes from smaller 2 tier cakes tailored for smaller informal weddings through to larger 4 tier cakes that serve in excess of 100 guests. Your tiered wedding cake can be accompanied by any number of slab cakes decorated to match. This is helpful if you intend to serve your actual wedding cake as the dessert with dinner or if you are planning a late night buffet. These slab cakes are cut and served behind the scenes in the facility's kitchen giving you an unlimited number of servings. |

Flavour & Icing Options |

We invite you to customize your wedding cake by choosing from a wide selection of cake flavors, filling options and icing styles. |

Cake flavour options include white, chocolate, carrot spice or traditional dark English Fruitcake. |
|
|
|
Filling options include fresh strawberries & Venetian cream, blueberries or buttercream icing with a custard or raspberry preserves. |
|
|
|
Your cake can be decorated in a traditional buttercream icing, a cream cheese icing, royal icing with marzipan, or you may select a cake pattern that features the elegant rolled icing style. |
